Location is the best, short 3mins walk to centre and bars.beach just over the road.2mins up the road buses go all over we went to saltburn lovely ride 25mins.its Clean its just been painted out .bed comfy. Good shower .i only saw 1 staff she was very pleasent polite. We had sea view room .we were fine we get up early if you like lie in sun comes into room very early . if i would change anything the 4pm checkin is a bit too early we miss a whole day just to pop our bags in room.2pm much better like others we been in . We feel you shouldnt have to pay extra ,as here you do vacate rooms 10am .

The property was so bright clean and very pleasant with a great situation and everything you need to stay The check in to checking out fantastic no problems at all Everything inside very clean and everything you need brilliant I would highly recommend this accommodation first class There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property

Lovely place - clean throughout and great value for money. We had a lovely walk on the beach with our dogs and thoroughly enjoyed the food at Koha (just around the corner).

Brilliant apartment, really lovely room, comfortable bed, great location literally opposite the beach and promenade, road at the back full or bars and restaurants will be back later in the year. Stay too short 😢

Location, decor, view, fabulous hosts, linen, clean, insulation & heating, excelent facilities (excluding mattresses & pillows). Very bad mattress, could feel the springs digging in. Lumpy old pillows with sparce filling. They need replacing is all. Let's down everything else which is of exceptional standards!!! Doesn't make sense?

The location and accommodation were excellent and the room was absolutely fantastic The parking spaces were limited but fortunately there wasn't that many cars otherwise I don't think the little parking space couldn't fit 8 cars.

It was very clean and they left some milk tea coffee when you arrived and some wash liquid and a sponge and it was on the sea front it was very comfy and spacious not far from the train station The pillows wasn't that comfy sorry thats really it

Location was fantastic. The room was very spacious for two of us and our furry friends. The whole hotel/apartments were very clean and fresh. Everything thing you needed when having a few days away from home Nothing much really only little thing that was missing was a tea towel but we would bring one next time
